Why do men need to retreat?
Why not? Guys deserve a break away and to learn the tools that help manage stress, anxiety, emotions and so much more just as much as the ladies.
It is time to look at what is important in life. Our emotional and mental wellbeing is as important as our physical and our outdated beliefs around strength and courage need an overhaul.
Taking time to tune into what is important, release unwanted tension and stress will help you reshape a different future for all the special people in your life. Understanding how your body reacts to stress and learning how you can change and reset your body in mind is life changing.
Whether you are a dad, brother or son we know that life can be a crazy rollercoaster and often you have to carry the load for many. On retreat we invite you to stop thinking, start feeling and make the most of the brotherhood created by gathering with like-minded men.
Based on the philosophy that small changes have a big impact, Emma and Sarsha share their proven methods for rebalancing the body and mind. Why not take a pause and find out what you need to find your true north.
What starts off as an adventure, quickly becomes a journey within.

Best eco accommodation This place is awesome. I would give it 10 stars if I could. It is inspiring in terms of sustainability. My family (husband and two daughters - 12 and 16) are still complaining that we didn’t stay longer. Well done architects and designers. We will be back and will...
