A Mindfulness Retreat
The mini Nurture Me wellness retreat is a taster of what to expect on our longer women's wellness retreats. During the weekend you will be guided by the world-renowned physiotherapist and breathing coach, Emma Ferris and embodied movement facilitator and international yoga teacher, Sarsha Hope. The stunning mountain views that surround you will inspire you on your wellness journey. You will nurture yourself while experiencing the award-winning facilities and accommodation at Camp Glenorchy Eco Retreat, one of the 100 World's Greatest Places according to TIME Magazine 2019.

This retreat is for you if:

This retreat includes some Pilates and Yoga practice and a gentle hike and is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

10am Retreat starts
10am - 12pm All guests meet at the yoga room for a sharing circle and yoga practice with Sarsha
12 - 1pm Breathing workshop with Emma - your first "chillaxing" session
1 - 2pm A delicious healthy and wholesome lunch is served at the dining room
2 - 3:15pm Time to reconnect to nature - go for a beautiful nature walk in Glenorchy and be amazed by the magnificent views
3:15 - 4:30pm Pilates and breath session with Emma
4:30 - 6:15pm Discover your stress triggers on a mindfulness and journaling session
6:30 - 7:30pm A light and delicious dinner is served at the dining room
7:30 - 9pm End the day with Sarsha's yin yoga session that will help you achieve deep relaxation and get you ready to rest
7:30 - 9am Yoga practice with Sarsha
9 - 10am A nutritious and energizing breakfast is served at the dining room
10 - 11am Journal and sharing session
11am - 12:30pm Breath session with Emma
12:30 - 1:30pm A delicious healthy and wholesome lunch is served at the dining room
1:30 - 3pm Time to get some fresh air - enjoy a beautiful nature walk in Glenorchy and take in the stunning views
3 - 4pm Health reset visioning and closing circle guided by Emma and Sarsha

Meet the experts
As a Physiotherapist, wellness architect and breathing geek, Emma is truly, madly, deeply committed to teaching the world to breathe effectively. As well as being the creator of The Breathe Right and Reduce Your Stress online course, Emma is also a public speaker, an acupuncturist, a Pilates instructor and a registered physiotherapist with over 15 years’ clinical experience. Emma’s straightforward, yet empathetic approach has seen her help patients recover from dysfunctional breathing patterns, injury, stress, chronic fatigue, hyperventilation, depression, and chronic neck and back pain.
Through her clinical consultation working with top athletes around the world all the way through to teenagers, burnt-out parents to trauma sufferers, Emma uses her personal experiences, research, and knowledge to empower people to take control over stress and the impact it has on the body and mind. Emma has run retreats, workshops and courses nationally and internationally helping women and men find a healthy way to break the habits that lead to pain, stress and illness.
Sarsha is a deeply practiced, experienced facilitator & teacher of movement therapies. She has explored embodied movement & dance for over 30 years and has been actively teaching both nationally and internationally for 18. As a wellness expert, Sarsha is deeply passionate about creating balance and harmony for body, mind, heart and soul. She encourages people to lean in to all these different aspects of self with compassion, openness and laughter in a grounded, empathetic way. As well as being the founder of Hope Wellness, Queenstown and New Plymouth Ecstatic Dance she has been a Lululemon ambassador, and runs workshops, retreats and teacher trainings, throughout New Zealand and the world.
Her teachings fluidly blend her wealth of experience from embodied flow, yoga, tantra & belief coaching to create a truly unique offering that helps her students create transformative break throughs that create more harmony, peace, presence and truth in their lives. She continues to study in the fields of embodiment, belief systems and the power of free movement to transform and create a deeper sense of wholeness.

Our eco cabin bedrooms ensure quiet, warmth and comfort throughout the year. Ideal for individuals joining the retreat alone and don't mind sharing.
This option includes the weekend retreat plus one bed in a quad-share bunk hut with shared amenities. You will be sharing the bedroom with three other ladies who will be part of the retreat. The amenities building is only a short stroll from your bunk hut, and you will have access to all shared features throughout Camp Glenorchy including the homestead building, kitchen, laundry and drying room, free wi-fi, massive stone campfire shelter, BBQ and peaceful places to relax and unwind.
