We can accommodate retreat groups of 10 to 55 people in our well-appointed chalets and shared rooms or host business events of up to 130 people.

Our facilities include a comprehensive range of options, from the flexible, large-scale Humboldt Room with state-of-the-art technology that seats up to 130 in a variety of configurations to multiple break-out areas and social spaces for relaxing together.

The Headwaters Dining Room offers a delightful welcoming space for sharing gourmet breakfasts, snacks and dinners prepared by our executive chef Pete Gawron. Whether it's an intimate VIP dinner for five or a cocktail event for many, a distinctive culinary experience awaits you.

Our expert team can create personalised itineraries for your group to experience team-building activities within our secluded site or at many exclusive locations right on our doorstep.

Options such as personalised craft beer or wine tasting events at the historic Paradise Homestead or exclusive backcountry walks and gourmet lunches at Nga Tahu-owned high country Greenstone Station are easily within your reach.

We can arrange door-to-door transport to and from Queenstown’s airport or CBD area to The Headwaters Lodge for your entire group. We can also organise transportation to local Glenorchy activities to fit with your group's itinerary.On site catering
