Our wedding package has been designed to incorporate a lot more than just a wedding venue hire for your special day, we have thought about what is important, included some special touches and of course you and your guests can stay on site before and after your special day!

Wedding Packages Queenstown Inclusions:



On-Site Wedding Accommodation 

The lodge offers eco retreat style cabins that can be made into various room configurations. They are warm, stylish and congregated within the stunning natural grounds. The Bridal suite is a premium eco-cabin that has plenty of room to get ready for your big day! The accommodation can sleep up to 44 guests but if you have more, speak to us about overflow accommodation options.

8   Powered camper van sites

Early check in for bride & groom - 12pm

Use of the Lodge

You will have exclusive use of the entire Lodge, at the heart of Glenorchy. The lodge includes:


✓  Dining Room - stunning mountain views 

✓  Greenstone Lounge  - comfortable lounge area with children's games and books

✓  Sunroom - enjoy this sun trap with amazing mountain views



Use of Humboldt Room (Wedding Reception Venue)

In the Lodge, you will also have exclusive use of our wedding reception venue and events space. The Humboldt Room is stylish and rustic, it is a great space to have your dinner, or you could also choose to have a casual standing reception with canapés instead of a sit-down meal. The exclusive use of the Humboldt Room includes:


✓   Venue use for a full day - from 9am to midnight

✓   9 round or 10 rectangle tables and 100 standard chairs made from recycled materials

✓   Standard black or white table clothes provided

✓   Rustic cutlery and plates for up to 80 Pax  | Basic wine and water glasses for up. to 80 pax

✓   AV system including microphone & lectern for speeches - includes support for operation and set-up

✓   Wi-Fi Basic Plan (15GB a day / 60 devices)

✓   Digital signage at reception - welcome sign or programme display

✓   A1 Rustic wooden easel

✓   Two small rustic tables for displays - cake, presents, guest book

✓   Dance floor - the dining area is a great space for this

We offer in-house catering through our amazing chefs. See our catering inclusions below. Please note that dinner and lunch is not included, but it can be arranged in-house at an extra fee.
