We are looking forward to your stay with us at Camp Glenorchy / Mrs Woolly’s Campground, and we confirm your booking with a deposit of one nights' cost charge of your accommodation booking. The remaining balance (for all nights booked and any additional services) is due on your arrival. We also require valid credit card details to charge as per our cancellation policy should you cancel your booking, we will also charge your credit card in the event of any unpaid incidental charges or damage to the property incurred during your stay.
If your plans change for some reason, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. As a small business in a remote rural setting, cancellations are often not easily re-booked. To help preserve our ability to generate a profit, 100% of which goes to the Glenorchy Community Trust, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Amendments can only be accepted for bookings made directly with us or via our own website and at the discretion of management. Amendments received within 48 hours of the arrival date which result in a reduction in the total booking value may be treated as cancellations. Bookings are not transferable unless you have our written agreement. No refunds will be made for early departures.
GROUP BOOKINGS (4 ROOMS OR MORE)
Reservations of 4 or more rooms are considered a Group Booking and special conditions apply due to the volume of rooms affected. Please note Group Bookings are taken at the sole discretion of Camp Glenorchy / Mrs Woolly’s Campground managers; and our Group Bookings Terms & Conditions will apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY
All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include applicable 15% Government Goods and Services Tax.
The rates quoted are on a per-night basis. Rates are subject to change and will be locked at the time of reservation confirmation. Any rate adjustments do not affect any confirmed bookings already in place. Camp Glenorchy reserves the right to amend online advertised rates at any time.
From the 20th December to the 26th January is deemed as 'High Season' at Camp Glenorchy and Mrs Woolly’s Campground. Therefore, any bookings cancelled or modified within 30 days of arrival date would incur a charge for all room nights booked to the credit card details held.
Check-in time is 2pm. No room is guaranteed available until that time. If arriving prior to this time, we are happy to hold your bags for you until your room is available. If you must check-in before 2pm, please contact us to see if this is feasible; you may need to reserve the room from the previous day to ensure its availability. All guests are required to complete our registration documentation on arrival. Due to the special characteristics of our property, please allow up to 20 minutes for the check in process dependent on the size of your group.
Check-out time is 10am, and rooms must be fully vacated by this time. If you wish to extend your stay, please confirm availability with Guest Services by 2pm the day prior; due to previous bookings, guests wishing to extend their stay may be required to move rooms. In order to prepare the room for our coming guests, any personal belongings left within a room after check-out time will be carefully removed and stored. Check-outs after 10am may be available at an additional charge. Please contact Guest Services prior to check-out time to confirm availability for a late check-out.
Guests should advise Guest Services of late arrivals (after 9pm) to receive instruction on how to retrieve your room key. All guests are required to complete the registration documentation on arrival, agreeing to the above terms and conditions. In order to accommodate late arrivals and ensure agreement with the above Terms and Conditions, a copy of these Terms and Conditions will be included in late arrival instructions.
At Camp Glenorchy and Mrs Woolly’s Campground, we ask that you respect our non-smoking policy in all accommodations, common areas and buildings on site, and within the Camp public areas. Guests agrees that a $300 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file for guest rooms where there is evidence (physical or olfactory) that smoking has occurred.
AGE OF GUESTS
Any guest making a booking must be over 18 years of age and all/any guests unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 18 years of age. Children under the age of 3 at the time of booking are classed as infants and stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Camp Glenorchy and Mrs Woolly’s Campground accepts no liability where these terms & conditions are affected by 'force majeure' (certain circumstances beyond our control arise, making performance inadvisable, commercially impractical, illegal, or impossible).
Camp Glenorchy and Mrs Woolly’s Campground do not accept any responsibility or liability for acts of omission or misrepresentation by third parties that may prevent or disrupt a guest’s booking. All information and descriptions listed on any and all The Headwaters owned websites are believed to be accurate and are offered in good faith. On occasion and due to circumstances beyond our control, certain features or facilities may not be available and for this we accept no liability. In addition, Camp Glenorchy and Mrs Woolly’s Campground do not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage to the guest or their possessions, any member of the guest's party or any visitor with the party, arising out of or in connection with the use of the property.
All guests agree to be bound by Camp Glenorchy and Mrs Woolly’s Campground’s terms & conditions by paying the deposit and confirming their booking, either directly or through a booking agent. If booked through an agent, all guests are required to authorise the release of their credit card details upon arrival at the properties, and in doing so, authorise Camp Glenorchy and Mrs Woolly’s Campground to charge guests credit cards for additional costs incurred during their stay, as previously stated in this agreement.
A NOTE ON OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our cancellation terms are non-negotiable and for your own protection, we recommend guests purchase travel insurance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation or booking made directly with us or via a third party. We are not obliged to justify any refusal or cancellation but will refund any deposit paid if, due to circumstances beyond our control, the accommodation or site we've reserved for you becomes unavailable or unfit for use, we will notify you as soon as possible and a refund of your deposit will be made in full.
Please note that third party websites may have different terms and conditions and all cancellation requests must be made directly with the agent you booked with. For best terms we always recommend you book directly with us.
