Our facilities

We can accommodate retreat groups of 10 to 55 people in our well-appointed chalets and shared rooms, or host business events of up to 130 people.

Our facilities include a comprehensive range of options, from the flexible, large-scale Humboldt Room with state-of-the-art technology seating up to 130 in a variety of configurations, to multiple break-out areas and social spaces.

The Headwaters Dining Room is a delightful, welcoming space for sharing gourmet breakfasts, snacks and dinners prepared by our celebrated culinary team of executive chefs.

Enjoy an intimate VIP dinner for five or a cocktail event for many with outstanding fresh and seasonal cuisine.

Personalised itineraries
for your team

We're happy to create personalised itineraries for your group, from fun team-building activities onsite or at one of many limited-access locations at our doorstep.

Options include everything from personalised craft beer or wine-tasting events at the historic Paradise Homestead to exclusive backcountry walks and gourmet lunches at the Ngai Tahu-owned high country Greenstone Station. We'll work with you to create your own bespoke 'money can't buy' experiences.

Take your group on a fly-fishing trip along the famous Rees or Routeburn Rivers, take a scenic helicopter flight into the beautiful Kea Basin in Mount Aspiring National Park or touch down on a snowy glacier landing with panoramic views of surrounding mountain peaks.
