The Headwaters Lodge Dining Room is an exceptional Central Otago food and wine destination that pays homage to locally grown, seasonal produce with a garden-to-table ethos.

 

Award-winning executive chef Pete Gawron is world renowned for his dazzling cuisine and food expertise, as the founder of Arrowtown's highly acclaimed Saffron restaurant for over a decade.

 

Pete’s passion and dedication for local produce – much of which is grown and foraged from our bountiful kitchen garden– is evident in the artfully presented, delicious food he creates for all our guests.  The dining experience is enhanced with a fine selection of Central Otago and New Zealand wines and craft beers.
